What Does Beard Balm Do?

That's a fantastic question. Beard balm gives your beard more protection than beard oil. The reason for this is that balm has a thick consistency. And it stays with your beard a longer than beard oil. What I really like about beard balm is that it helps with those wild hairs that just don't want to get into place. Especially around my mustache, sometimes the scraggly hairs will try to go up my nose or in my mouth. Not pleasant. What you don't want to do is pluck those mustache hairs out because those hairs are going to increase the thickness of your mustache. So, what does beard balm do? You guessed it! Beard balm is used to control the little pieces of hair to put them in their place.

What I do is take the back of my thumb nail and scoop some balm out and rub it in my palms for a few seconds.
